While we strive to meet every delivery expectation, external factors such as courier backlogs, public holidays, and regional disruptions may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

2. Delivery Timeframes:

Estimated production and delivery timelines vary depending on the type of product (e.g. custom napkins, event signage, embroidered uniforms, 3D lettering) and your location. While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, especially during peak seasons or in remote areas.

3. Time-Sensitive Orders (Events & Weddings)

If your order is required for a specific date, such as a wedding, corporate event, festival, or venue launch, we strongly recommend arranging your own courier or pickup. This gives you direct control over delivery and helps avoid any last-minute disruptions.

4. Risk & Responsibility

All orders are securely packaged before dispatch. However, once items are collected by the courier, Brandom is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss in transit. Any issues caused by third-party freight services fall outside our control, and no refunds will be issued for such delays or damage.
