1. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains faulty items, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. To process a refund or replacement, please follow the steps below:
- Notify Us Promptly: Contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include a clear description of the issue along with photographic evidence where possible.
- Return Request: We may request the return of the item(s) or a sample for quality investigation.
Once we receive your information and/or sample, our team will review the issue. If confirmed to be a manufacturing or quality fault, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
2. Manufacturing Delays or Stock Unavailability
In the unlikely event that we experience production delays or a stock shortage that affects your order, Brandom reserves the right to cancel and refund the affected items. If we cannot meet the agreed delivery timeframe, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed for any unfulfilled items.
3. Shipping Delays
We partner with trusted delivery providers to ensure your orders arrive on time. However, delays caused by freight companies, weather events, or external factors are beyond our control. As such, Brandom is not liable for late deliveries that are not a direct result of our own actions. Refunds will only be issued for delays caused by Brandom’s fault.
4. General Refund Terms
- All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on the situation.
- Refunds may be denied if products show signs of misuse, tampering, or damage caused after delivery.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We do not offer refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
